FAU + 14 5.5% PLAY -
This is almost like a perfect storm here with a Memphis team that in my opinion is over valued, and at 4-0 is feeling fat and sassy coming off their upset at Arkansas, a game they were basically given after trailing 28-10, which Arkansas has given games away in the past, and not totally shocking. There are more misleading finals for Memphis, and a very weak schedule. Florida Atlantic comes into this game off a bye, which is a great spot to back a first year coach, and I think they will have a chance to pull the outright upset over a Memphis team that does not deserve to be getting 2TD's on the road. I really like what FAU's head coach Kittley brought in from recruits, and their QB from Western Kentucky Veltkamp has played well. These things take a little time to gel, and after losing to Maryland 39-7 in the opener, a game where they were -6 TO's and only outgained by 26 yards, I think they have learned and gotten better, and are ready to upset a 4-0 team riding high.
