UAB has shown a lot of improvements over their last 3 games under Trent Dilfer, and UTSA is not the same team as previous seasons. I see no reason why this won’t be a close game. UTSA’s defense let a horrible Temple team pass for 472 yards a week ago. UAB has covered their last 3 games, all as dogs, and their offense is starting to click. They’ll never be out of this game against the Road Runners, a team they lost to the last two seasons in close games by 3 in 2021, and OT in 2022.
