Oklahoma State +3.5 2.2% play

Oklahoma State and Iowa State look like two challenging offenses, but MIke Gundy has sort of owned Matt Campbell over the years and they have been unable to win with any sort of margin.  Not to mention the total has dropped two points to a whopping 35 and the weather looks horrible with 17mph winds and some rain in the forecast.  This line has moved in favor of Iowa State, but I don’t see why or how both of these teams have shown up as equally bad.
