I think this total is a bit inflated because GJ Kinne who likes to run an up tempo takes over at Texas State, and he's got two power 5 transfer QBs who did not have success in their SEC Stops, and an offensive line that lacks experience going up agaisnt a defensive minded Baylor team.  Baylor is going to have issues passing the ball this year, and will lean heavily on their running game.  I can see Baylor putting up some points, but then shutting it down in the second half with a talented Utah team coming to town next week.
