Ohio State -3 3.3% play
Ohio State has really dominated this series, and I really don't see anything to suggest they shouldn't continue to win these games. Ohio State's struggles vs. Nebraska last week were probably a bit of a wake up call, and a sign that this team as a 25 point favorite was looking ahead to Penn State maybe. I trust Will Howard more than Drew Allar if he makes the start here to play a clean game. Ohio State has the better weapons, and their rushing offense and defense also seems better against tougher competition. Penn State really has not faced an offense other than USC, which was in a rough travel spot when they faced them, and USC arguably could have should have won that game.
