Miami has everything in front of them despite their unthinkable loss to GEorgia Tech, which probably had them looking ahead to this game in my opinion. North Carolina had another satisfying win a week against Syracuse, and probably feeling pretty confident coming into this game.
This game just screams field goal, and in fact the game has been decided by a field goal each of the last two seasons. I think the match ups favor the Hurricanes, when you look at the fact that they are better at running the ball and defending the run, which is a weakness for Norht Carolina ranking 81st in rushing success rate defense. Miami sports a top 25 pass and run defense, and North Carolina went 1-3 against such teams a season ago.
