Titans off the bye and off 2 losses will want to get back and win a game. The spread opened at 11 and is now down 8 or 8.5, and that gives us some extra value on the teaser going through all of the key numbers of 7, 4, and 3.
I don't see the Panthers winning with margin against a Falcons team whose strength is defending the run. Panthers fired their OC Joe Brady, and Matt Rhule wants to get back to running the ball, but Falcons rank top 10 in epa run defense. Low total there as well dropping from 45 to 41 without a move on teh spread giving us even more value with the Falcons +8.5.
