Louisiana Tech +24.5 2.2% play
Right now, BYU’s stock could not be any higher, but I just don’t trust BYU’s Kalani Sitake as this great coach who is going to cover huge spreads. This is just too many points to pass up with Skip Holtz who is excellent as an underdog going 17-8-1 ATS. Tech was without some key players in their game against Southern Miss that moved the line 4 points, but they found a way to fight back and beat Southern Miss as a 7.5 point dog on the road.
BYU has beaten Navy, and Troy at this point. Both teams to me have not been super impressive so far. Navy basically has played 2 good quarters all year, as they were outscored 79-3 in their first 6 quarters. Troy played a woeful Middle Tennessee team that lost 42-0 to Army in week 1, so we really do not know how bad Navy & Troy are, and if this line is based off those two wins it has to be inflated. Louisiana Tech’s offense has been in rhythm, and even if BYU controls this game, I think the back door could be wide open.
