Going for my 12th POD in a row after this mornings make up POD from yesterday was a winner on the under with the Mets and Rockies. Those of you who got it at 7.5 I apologize. I try to get these games out as early as possible it was U7.5 -115 yesterday and the first lines I saw approximately 9:45pm is 7.5 @ -130 in 3 out of the 4 places my source of 45 sports books. It was closed for a while up until 2 hours before game time. However, I got to get these games in as soon as possible. This line was actually at 8.5 to open in some places and quickly moved off that number. We have won 11 POD's in a row see results:

Tonight we take the Phillies as our POD as I really like them to match up against a LHP to get out of the mini funk they got in with the bats. I do not love Rodrigo Lopez, but against the Giants I do as the Giants .241 avg 2.67 R/9 in their last 10 vs. RHP convinces me enough that the Phillies have a serious edge here. The Giants are under 5-0 in their last 5 games vs. a RH starter. Aaron Rowand arguably there best hitter is doubtful tonight and their newly acquired Freddy Sanchez is questionable. Lopez will make his 1st road start, but of the SF hitters that faced him are 12-67 with a .179 average.

Phillies will face Jonathan Sanchez who has pitched well here as of late 3.27ERA at home and it's his first start since the no hitter who he had against the Padres (shocker!). In his first GS against the Phillies he went just 4.1IP giving up 3ER. I expect a better performance but still not enough to get the win here as the Phillies have not faced a LHP in 8 games. The last one was Ted Lilly who went 4IP gave up 8H and 7ER. The pitcher before that was Andrew Miller 2.2IP 4ER. I put Sanchez in between those two pitchers better than Miller but not as good as Lilly. Giants are 2-9 in his last 11 vs. a winning team and 7-19 in his last 26 as an underdog. Enjoy as we go for our 12th POD winner in a row!
