I'm going with the Browns tonight as they have more to play for than do the Bears. The 4th pre-season game is notorious for being the game where all the starters are taken out for the guys trying to make the team. Look for the Browns to still have their starters in a little longer as the QB situation has still not been solved. After Quinn and Anderson comes Brett Ratliff a guy who lit up this game and pre-season last year. The Bears on the other hand will turn right to their reserves after 1 drive and they are 4-14 ATS at home in their last 2 weeks of preseason games.
