This is good value for a team like the Orioles here with Wei Yen Chen on the mound. Chen has always been a reliable starter at home and in 27 IP he has a 2.67 ERA this year with a 0.96 WHIP. More impressive is the fact that he has a .151 average allowed with a .428 OPS vs. the Mariners hitters over 106 AB with 5 of 6 quality starts. That is much more impressive than his opponent Roenix Elias who is young at 26 years old and just like most young pitchers has struggled on the road. Elias has struggled with the long ball too which makes this a bad match up since Baltimore is 6th in HR. I also do not like the fact that he struggles with his control a bit too much. I'm going to take the small favorite at home with the Orioles who I feel have a significant advantage that would produce a win 70% of the time.
