Yesterday's runner up on Ohio was a little disappointing. Never the less we come to bounce back on Sunday with a solid match up between two teams that met last year in the Tournament. It's the Atlatnic 10 vs. the Big East in Xavier vs. Pitt. It's guaranteed or Monday you play for FREE!
Xavier is the better rebounding team in this match up surprisingly they have more size and match up extremely well with Pittsburgh. Xavier is 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 tourney games and 36-15 ATS in their last 51 neutral court battles. They lost to Pitt last year in the tournament by 5 and there are a lot of changes on both teams, but to me Pitt is a team getting over ranked because of their solid play in the Big East. We have seen some of the big teams out of the Big East fumble already including Georgetown and Nova as well as Notre Dame, and Marquette all losing to lower seeds. Pitt is next in my opinion as they are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 Tournament games. Xavier has a solid defense and is 16-2 when holding opponents under 70 points this season. Pitt is not a big scoring team and I don't see them getting to that number. Xavier has more offensive options and will win this game.
