I rally like the Spurs here despite they lost @ Cleveland last time by two points. The Cavs were without lebron in that game so now the public is all over the Cavs to the tune of 80%. Hold on a second though this game is huge for the Spurs as they are just 2.5 out of the #5 spot and 1 from #6, and they can still miss the playoffs entirely or end up in the #8 spot facing the Lakers in round 1. Those are things they don't want. Spurs have really come on since Tony Parker go hurt and are now 10-3 ATS in their last 13 overall as well as 4-1 ATS in their last 5 as a home dog. Spurs really should have beaten the Cavs if it wasn't for just an off night from Roger Mason who was 0-8 from three point land.
I expect Spurs to get it done here tonight. and win the game out right.
Time is running out for the Nets and this team may have came together a little bit in their last game at least with the common goal of not being the worst team in history. This may just be their best shot the rest of the season to get to 9 wins and tie the 72 Sixers for worst record ever. The Pistons have been just as bad over the last 2 weeks and they have lost 9 games in a row on the road.
