I have faded St. mary's the first two games and have paid. My statements of Omar Samhan being over rated have made me look foolish. However, finally, yes finally he faces a team that has some kind of presence in the front court. Actually Baylor has great presence in the front court and should hold Samhan in check. If it weren't for Samhan the Gaels would already be back on the West Coast. They have solid guards, but the Guards they have faced have been better and today the same thing will be true, but lets start with the front court of Baylor.
Baylor has three towers in their front court with two 6'10 forwards and Josh Lomers the 7 footer weighin in at 15lbs heavier than Samhan at 280lbs. Even Samhan admits stating that you can't score in the paint against Baylor. This game will have to be won from the perimeter for St. Mary's. Baylor has a guard duo like any other with Dunn 19.4ppg and 4.8 rpg going along with Tweety Carter averaging 15.1ppg and 6assists. This is a much more athletic club and finally someone will kick this annoying St. Mary's team out of the tournament.
