Going with the Vikings here tonight as the line opened at -3 Colts, but quickly moving to -2 Vikings a 5 points swing once the strategies were released.

Colts will have first time coach Jim Caldwell who has been groomed for this job and won't differ much from Tony Dungy in my opinion. Tarvaris Jackson and veteran backup Rosenfels will get significant time under center. The third string QB is John David Booty a second year player out of USC so I see three solid QB's that should be able to get enough done against the Colts defense. As Peyton Manning and the starters are only going to be playing a couple of series, which was the tradition of Tony Dungy who in the last four years was 3-15 SU and 5-13 ATS including 1-7 SU and ATS at home losing all 4 preseason openers. With Manning's longtime backup Jim Sorgi out with an injury it's rookie Curtis Painter getting a lot of work which against a solid Vikings Defense is not really a good thing. Look for the Vikings to get some good yardage on the ground as well against a Colts D that traditionally does not stop the run.
