Bucholz is back he's got a 2.95 ERA during his night starts this year and has been dominant this month. He faces a Detroit team that is averaging just 2.56 runs per 9 over their last 10 games going 3-7 vs. RHP. On a more serious note their bullpen is what has killed them all season long. Unless Andrew Oliver is going to go the distance that should be a problem for them on Saturday. Oliver is obviously a big lefty prospect but he hasn't been all that impressive in AAA and struggled to go deep into games last year. Red Sox are just hitting too well right now and Bucholz has the Tigers number giving up just 3 earned runs over his last 4 starts over 28.1 IP for an ERA of just 0.95. Boston scored 34 runs in their last 3 games and have hit left handed pitchers will this year they are 8th with a .763 OPS. Look for them to get some runs off Oliver 2nd time through the line up and for them to get to Detroit's bullpen which is ranked 29th in the league witha 5.58 ERA, 6.37 over last 10 games.
