I like Iowa in this spot they are 8-4 at home and have shown they are a good at times with back to back wins on the road vs. Minnesota and Wisconsin. Now losers of two straight they are home dogs against the #13 team in the country in Michigan who are off back to back victories that were huge for the program. Now they will be hung over and Iowa will look for redemption. They are coached hard we all remember the chair throw down by their head coach. I think this team comes and fights hard to beat a respectable program.
Tulsa has the advantage in this match up in my opinion they have good size and can dominate on the boards. They've proven they can play with teams outside the conference they have already played some solid opponents from the Big 12, Big Ten, Pac 12 and more while East Carolina has nearly half their wins vs. DII teams. Tulsa ranked 15th in the country in rebound % compared to East Carolina's 180th. East Carolina is also shooting 38% at home. Tulsa gets the win.
