Rangers -127 (4.5* MLB POD)
Scott Feldman could be the odd man out with Roy Oswalt coming to town, but I believe he’ll pitch a gem tonight to convince management to leave him in the rotation.  He has not been that bad and he’ll have a good shot against the A’s who are last in the league in runs scored while the Rangers are first.  Jarrod Parker is sporting an ERA under 3, but his raw stats certainly do not support it and that’s where are angle is on this game.  Parker has 4.65 BB/9 and just 6.42 K/9 for an xFIP of 4.71.  I’m expecting him to come back to earth when he faces the best offense in the majors that is coring nearly 8 runs per 9 innings vs. RHP over their last 10 games.  The A’s are scoring 2.02 runs per 9 vs. RHP with a .168 average.  Although Feldman’s last two starts in Oakland have been pretty bad he has good numbers against the Athletics current roster holding them to a .226 average.  The A’s have scored just 21 runs during their 1-10 stretch and of course 9 of those came in one game against the Royals when we were backing KC.  Feldman likely won’t go deep into tonight’s game, but the Rangers bullpen has been solid all year especially on the road with a 1.56 ERA.
