We come into the weekend with a big one to get started. This game is sure to be exciting, so do not miss out as we come with a big write up in this game and ready to storm our way into another monster weekend.

Nevada +3-115 for 4.95 units; This was one of my sleeper teams to make some major noise and they have one chance to do so and with a win here they could reel off 9 in a row total heading into Fresno in early November. After this Cal game at BYU and at Hawaii both games they would be favored in imo would be the tough ones left before their two year end rodeos with Fresno and Boise. They already boast the number 1 offense in football only two weeks in, and that may not be a good thing for Cal. Cal also has a big time conference game the following week at Arizona. Kaep is back at the helm completing 71 percent of his passes this year with 4 tds/0 ints. Kaep could make a Heisman type game on the big stage, where he doesn’t get to perform much. Nevada doesn’t have a lot of statistics on their side with their 1-22-1 record against Cal and getting beat by an average of 22 ppg their last 7 BCS opponents. This is a different year though and Chris Ault might have the magic stick for this one. Cal has started 2-0 in two blowout wins also and boasts the number 1 defense two weeks into the season. Let’s be honest now, who has the better opportunity of holding their ranking at season end, Cal #1 defense or Nevada #1 offense? It is a no brainer!! Riley and Vereen and experienced players and I expect for them to make some plays, but will it be enough?? I do not think so, as I expect a steady dose of the pistol and their running attack with Taua and Kaep and Green and Wimberly to make some big possessions as Nevada gets a big win on a National Televised game on Friday night.
