Michigan is getting the praises every where and Denard Robinson can do no wrong thus far this season, but hold on have they even played a defense that can stop anyone? Indiana is one of the worst out there yet when they needed to get a stop when Michigan had the ball up a TD they did. Now they have faced a defense with an average rank all around over 90th. Michigan State comes in with the best all around linebacker Greg Jones and all American candidate Eric Gordon and sure CB tackler Chris Rucke in hand to stop Denard.

I’ve said in posts past that Michigan is going to get shut down as more and more tape is out there. I’ve been wrong thus far however, don’t expect Robinson to not get hit in this game. Michigan State is going to hit him and he’s come out of the game the last two weeks so his ability to stay healthy is still a huge question mark moving forward.
Michigan State on offense has really surprisd me thus far and Kirk Cousins showed up big time last week to shake off the cobwebs. Michigan is 120th dead last in pass defense and Indiana did anything they wanted a week ago.

Their run defnse #37 is over rated as Indiana didn’t care to run the ball and have faced an average 85th run offense. This is the first balanced attack they will face and it’ll keep Denard on the sidelines during long long drives. They have a 39th ranked passing attack matching up against 120th pass defense and 20th running attack up against 37th run defense that is over rated and will get pushed around. Michigan’s depleted secondary will not get any stops in the red zones or pick off Cousins in the end zone like they did with Chapel a week ago which could have changed the game dramatically.
