Air Force +5 2.2* Free Play
Air Force here has more returning starters, has the extra week to prepare which is huge advantage in a game like this. Navy is at home, but I don’t see how they are favored by more than a field goal in a game that could be decided by inches. Air Force had an extra week before Army last year and held them to 122 yards rushing.

Both teams are going to run the ball 85% of the time. Air Force is running the ball better at 6.02 ypc to Navy’s 5.95, while holding opponents to 2.72 ypc compared with Navy 3.84. They actually outgained Michigan State on the road holding them to 1.8 yards per carry while they rushed for 5.5. Compare that with Navy who allowed Uconn of all teams to rush for 3.4 yards per carry in their own building. Connecticut is averaging just 2.91 ypc on the season. Air Force is also been better on offense and defense in the red zone so I think they have a shot to win this game and 5 points is enough for me to feel very comfortable.
