Look I know both of these teams pretty well. I cashed in on Temple and against them several times this year and I"ve been right with Kent State in 3 of their 4 game winning streak for 3-0 ATS mark. Today I look to continue that success backing them yet again. This is way too many points for Temple here. Yes they can run, but if there is a team in the MAC that can stop the run it is Kent State who allows just 123 ypg, but over their winning streak just 95 in their last 4 per game. They allow just 3 yards per carry in conference play. On the other side Kent State's offense made major strides since moving their offensive line around in their bye week has produced some offense and a 4 game winning streak.. Can they win this game and get to a bowl game? Absolutely. Will it be a major challenge, yep, but wiht Roosevelt Nix getting double teamed that frees up some LB to make some big plays on Kent State's side. Either way 17 points is too many points for a game with two solid defenses and teams that would rather run the ball.
